What we do

One engine, many destinations

Games, simulation, and digital humans are the same craft pointed at different buyers. We build them in Unreal, then decide where they run: native when the work needs the whole GPU, streamed when it has to reach anyone with a link. Everything below is backed by work we have shipped.

01

Real-Time Simulation & Training

Teach a physical skill to people who are nowhere near the equipment.

Interactive 3D training built in Unreal Engine and streamed from a cloud GPU, so a learner needs a browser tab and nothing else. Authenticated straight out of your existing learning platform, with progress and assessment tracked per student.

Proof: A national vocational provider now teaches a trade in the browser. Read it

  • Cloud GPU pixel streaming
  • LMS and LTI integration
  • Guided multi phase workflows
  • Teacher dashboards and assessment
  • Built to compliance standards
02

Game Development

Hand us the game. We will run the engineering.

Unreal Engine 5, end to end. Gameplay systems, multiplayer, ability and animation pipelines, and the performance engineering that turns a build into something shippable. We research the systems, propose how they should work, and build them. One title published on the Epic Games Store, another in development.

Proof: A grand strategy title, built and published on the Epic Games Store. Read it

  • Full UE5 development pipeline
  • Multiplayer, lobbies, and online services
  • Gameplay systems and ability design
  • We propose and research, not just execute
  • Performance engineering and profiling
03

AI Digital Humans

A face that listens, answers, and does not get tired.

Photoreal MetaHuman avatars with real time lipsync, wired to speech recognition, a language model, and a neural voice. The full conversational loop, held under two seconds, streamed to any browser.

Proof: A retail training avatar that role plays difficult customers. Read it

  • MetaHuman and real time facial animation
  • Speech to text, LLM, text to speech pipeline
  • Conversational latency under two seconds
  • Multilingual and dialect handling
  • Pixel streamed to any device
04

Web3D & WebXR

Real 3D in a page, with no plugin and no download.

Three.js and React Three Fiber for product configurators, model viewers, and spatial interfaces. Including hand and gesture input where a mouse is the wrong instrument.

Proof: An in house WebXR platform with gesture control and 3D lobbies

  • React Three Fiber and Three.js
  • Model viewers and configurators
  • Gesture and hand tracking
  • Blender to GLB asset pipelines
  • WebXR
05

Web & Platform Engineering

The unglamorous half that decides whether the rest ships.

Next.js, NestJS, and Postgres. Dashboards, role based access, real time sync, and the internal tooling that keeps a delivery team honest. We built our own studio platform on this stack, so we are not guessing.

Proof: 596 endpoints running our own studio in production

  • Next.js and React
  • NestJS and PostgreSQL
  • Role based access control
  • Real time WebSocket systems
  • Self hosted deployment
06

AI Automation

Assistants that operate your systems, not just chat about them.

Tool calling agents wired into real business logic, with model tier routing to keep cost sane and an evaluation harness so you know when tool selection regresses.

Proof: An assistant with 70 tools that runs our sprints and timesheets

  • Tool calling agent architecture
  • Model tier routing and prompt caching
  • Evaluation harnesses
  • Speech and voice interfaces
  • Integration into existing systems

Not sure which one you need

Most projects cross two or three of these. Describe the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right studio for it.
